The service

NetWorthy is a personal finance tool that lets you track your net worth by recording asset and liability values over time. It is a tracking and visualization tool only — it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NetWorthy.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@skoczylas.pro if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & free trial

• NetWorthy may offer a free trial period (typically 14–30 days), after which continued use of premium features requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies — we do not directly process payments or refunds.

Your data & content

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the App. By using sync features, you grant us permission to store and transmit that data solely to provide the App's functionality to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. NetWorthy calculates and visualizes figures based on your input — we do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of your entries.

No financial advice

NetWorthy is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Interfere with the App's servers, sync infrastructure, or security features
• Use the App to store or transmit data you do not have the right to use

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including financial decisions made based on data displayed in the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
