This policy explains how NetWorthy ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App on iOS and Android (package ID pro.skoczylas.networthy).

Who we are

NetWorthy is developed and operated by Mikolaj Skoczylas, an independent developer. For questions about this policy or your data, contact support@skoczylas.pro.

Information we collect

NetWorthy is a personal finance tracking app. The data you enter is yours — here's what we collect and why:

Financial entries you create: asset and liability names, values, and dates you enter to track your net worth over time. Stored on your device, and — where you enable sync — securely on our servers so it's available across your devices.
Account information: if the App requires sign-in, we collect an email address (or equivalent identifier) to create and secure your account. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
Subscription and purchase data: payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Basic usage and diagnostic data: anonymized crash reports and usage analytics to fix bugs and improve the App.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your financial entries with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use your information

To provide core app functionality (tracking, charts, historical trends)
To sync your data securely across your devices, if you enable this feature
To manage your subscription and free trial
To respond to support requests
To maintain and improve app stability and performance

Data storage & security

Your financial data is stored locally on your device by default. If cloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Export your data (data portability)
Withdraw consent to processing, where applicable

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@skoczylas.pro. You can also delete your data directly within the App via account/data settings, where available.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Children's privacy

NetWorthy is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
